Professional

Senior Product Manager focused on enterprise AI, SAP Business Technology Platform, procurement, and scalable service design.

With 18 years of SAP experience and deep end-to-end expertise across SAP Ariba and procurement transformation, I work at the intersection of technology, business process, and customer value. My background spans enterprise platform strategy, AI-enabled services, product and service design, adoption, value realization, and global transformation initiatives across SAP and Fortune 100 organizations.

My career has included roles at SAP, EY, and MetLife, along with extensive hands-on consulting experience across more than 50 customer projects. That experience has given me perspective from multiple sides of enterprise transformation: software provider, consultant, customer, and product organization.

As a Product Manager, I have designed and scaled automated AI-driven frameworks such as the Adoption Opportunity Assessment, Enhanced Release Guidance, and Value Opportunity Assessment to help SAP teams identify where customers were underutilizing solutions, where adoption was at risk, and where additional value could be unlocked. These approaches were scaled across the full Success Plan portfolio for SAP Spend and Finance Management, reaching all eligible SAP Ariba customers with a Success Plan subscription. They provided customer-facing teams with a consistent way to turn usage data and customer context into specific actions, helping increase adoption and consumption by 50% while reducing thousands of hours of manual analysis and preparation.

My experience spans enterprise AI strategy, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba Full Suite, procurement transformation, service portfolio development, customer adoption, and cross-functional execution globally. I am particularly effective in roles that require translating complex technology into clear strategy, repeatable services, and measurable enterprise value.

Family

I’m married to Alexandra, and together we are raising two young children, a daughter and a son. They keep me grounded, and they are the best part of the life around the work.

Outside of work, I run Valencia Library Clearance, an independent used bookshop in Valencia, Pennsylvania, with a shelf that leans toward theology, church history and the books that shaped them.
